You may return any product purchased from EvenPaws within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition or has been damaged for reasons unrelated to EvenPaws.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, subject to your card issuer's processing time.

5. Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer support team.

6. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds:
